About West Bay Republican Women Federated

Who We Are

The National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) is a nationwide grassroots political organization with thousands of members in local clubs across the U.S. and its territories. It is one of the largest women’s political groups in the country. When someone joins a local club, they also become a member of their state Federation. Each state Federation operates independently under its own bylaws but must follow the general rules of the NFRW. Our state organization is the Florida Federation of Republican Women.

What We Are

The NFRW was once part of the Republican National Committee (RNC), but it is now completely independent, both financially and organizationally.

The NFRW focuses on:

Educating and engaging the public in politics
Helping women become more effective in government and leadership
Encouraging cooperation between national and state Federations of Republican women
Promoting loyalty to the Republican Party and supporting its values and candidates in all elections
Supporting Republican goals and working to elect strong Republican leaders

West Bay Republican Women Federated was founded in August 2025 by a group of dedicated women who wanted to make a difference in their home of Bay County, Florida.
